After years of spectacular growth, it is no secret that, for now, the party is over and the dramatic downturn is giving rise to many problems for purchasers.

Of course, there is no remedy for an ill-timed or an injudicious purchase, but there are many other circumstances where purchasers have not been treated fairly and for which there may be recourse.

Now is the time to reflect carefully on what has taken place and take positive action wherever possible on behalf of clients.

Having regard to the above, we are currently checking many contracts, deals and agreements, which were possibly signed in haste or under undue influence.  We are finding many abusive clauses, irregularities, lack of guarantees and other illegal situations, which have caused unfair consequences to many purchasers.

This is the time to take positive action on behalf of clients and where appropriate, re-negotiate with the developers who, in some cases, have served only their own interests.

busive clauses, unjustified delays, administrative and legal problems, lack of guarantees, defective construction, unfair terms etc. must now be scrutinised in clients’ interests so that we are seen to protect their interests in good times and bad.

We have a number of claims, court proceedings and negotiations which may end in a legal termination or compensation for buyers.  It is our philosophy that we should take action now to correct issues for the benefit of those currently affected and for the protection of future purchasers.  By doing so, we hope to demonstrate our professionalism and to show that we are here to take positive action whenever and wherever possible.
